The 38.5' dome is a full sized home package that is large enough for a family. The dining and kitchen extensions are at the owners discression and are not included in a kit unless specified with an additional cost. It is best to decide on a floor plan with either a full or partial floor upstairs and then buy components to properly enclose the shell. I build the kits that way because I never know what type of windows or doors a customer will use. If you want the design to include all parts as a pre fab unit it can be done for additional costs. Normally the domes are built by people already experienced in carpentry and they frame in additional walls and windows on the site as in a normal homes construction.
A good example of a partial kit would be a shell with all 5 openings left available for custom extensions and doors or windows built on site. You would order 5 - 4' basewalls, 30 pentagon triangles and 30 hexagon triangles. This would only cost $10,884.90 + shipping. This is only one example of partial kits that are very cost effictive and can be finished out to be a $100,000.00 mansion.

The 20' dome can be bolted together rather quickly with 2 people. In the condo kit you get 30" basewalls, 2 door openings, one long basewall to frame in windows on top of, overhangs on the doors and windows, the triangles and the bolts & metal straps. The triangles have 3 bolts on a side. You can sit the kit on any type of foundation, slab, deck or just pressure treated 4x4's. The bathroom area is not included nor the fireplace opening. You can cover the shell with plastic or cover with a 1/4" polystyrene wrap and tape the seams before shingling. Instructions come with each kit. Study plans come with different floors you can decide on and shingling explinations.After setting up the shell the interior is easily insulated with pink fiberglass and sheetrocked or stripped with tounge & groove or paneling. It is a good idea to use a plastic or polystyrene wrap on the inside also to keep out harmful fiberglass vapors and to give you a very good r-value. Cross section views come with study plans and kit instructions. It would be hard to beat the ease of construction and cost of the condo kit which is large enough for 2-4 people to live in.
